What is the Ping List?
As I'm currently opening Commissions 10 Slots at a time and Requests irregularly when the fancy strikes, people have asked to be pinged on Plurk. This post exists to make managing that a little easier for me.

I will ping people on the list in announcements regarding Commissions/Requests opening, as well as when they actually do open.
