TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to decline a commission at any point.

I will not make icons or accept commissions for the Harry Potter franchise. I reserve the right to decline other franchises/faces as per my personal comfort level.

Payment is due within 48 hours after receiving the final sample set. The finished icon set will be delivered as a ZIP File via PM once payment has been received. In case of a communication breakdown during the commission process, or lack of payment within the specified time frame once payment is due, I reserve the right to cancel an ongoing commission.

I don't offer refunds, and only offer revisions as detailed under "Process Details".

All commissioned icons are for exclusive use by the person commissioning them unless they give explicit permission to do otherwise, and must be visibly credited to

inkonic on your icon page. You can do so by adding the following to the "Comment" field of your current icons:

I reserve the right to use a few individual icons made for a commission, or before/after samples from a commission, as part of my work samples in the icon comm and/or plurk.

Commissioned icons may not be edited further, claimed as someone's else's work, or uploaded/shared beyond private/personal use in RP accounts, for website avatars and other similar cases. If you wish to share your icons with other people for these uses, that's your prerogative. Please note that they must still be credited to me as per these terms.

Should any of these terms be breached, I reserve the right to revoke exclusive access to icons and may post them publicly in my icon journal at my own discretion. I furthermore reserve the right to decline future commissions by the same person.
