Claiming a Slot

Process
Post the above form as a comment to be added to the Queue.
When I start work on your set, I'll respond to your comment with a first icon sample, price quote and estimation of fulfilment time. Please confirm you want to go forward with the commission. Without confirmation within 48h, I will assume you're no longer interested.
You will receive a second/final set of 5 - 15 samples once the commission is finished, as well as payment details via PM.
Within 24 hours of receiving payment, I'll send your finished commission via PM.
Icons must be credited to inkonic.

Details on Caps & Extra Services
No Extra Services: Please send the exact number of caps as a ZIP File, e.g. 150 caps for 150 icons. Please make sure your caps are PNG or JPG. If your commission includes more than one character, please separate the caps into different folders inside the ZIP File. You may provide spares in case of quality/lighting concerns. If you do, please put them in a separate folder. I won't use them unless necessary.
Extra Services: Please see below for pricing details for these services. For these services, your commission may only be for one character, not several. If you want me to sort caps for you, please specify in the form and provide a link to a cap source, e.g. cap gallery or ZIP download. If you want me to find or make caps and sort them, please specify in the form, and tell me the exact movie(s), season(s), game(s) etc you want me to download, cap and sort.

Prices (Base + Additional Services)
Base Price: 1 DW Point or 0.1 USD per icon.
Additional Services increase the price of the commission as follows:
Capping (incl Sorting): 150 DW Points / 15 USD per installment (i.e. movie / season / game / etc), or Sorting Price if I can find am existing HD cap gallery / download.
Sorting: 100 DW Points / 10 USD for one installment (i.e. movie / season / game / etc). Plus 50 Points / 5 USD per additional installment. Links to galleries / cap downloads have to be provided.

Payment (How & When)
Payment can be made via via DW Points (preferred) or Paypal (Friends/Family). Please note: As of May 2025, I only accept Paypal if your commission total is 10 USD or more, due to the international transaction fees/currency exchange fees I incur. Tips are always appreciated, but do not increase the amount of icons commissioned.
Payment details are provided via PM.
Payment is due within 48 hours after receiving your final set of samples.
The full icon set(s) will be provided after payment has been made.

Revisions
If you're unhappy with the quality or crop of any of the samples or finished icons, I'll revise those specific sample/finished icons a maximum of two times.
Please be aware that the quality of the icon is dependent on the quality of caps provided. If I feel like I can't get a usable icon out of a provided cap, I will contact you to discuss options.

Sharing Your Icons
Sometimes people give me permission to share their finished icon commission as a public icon set on my comm. This is entirely optional. You can let me know in the form above if you'd like for me to do that. If yes, I will post the icon set publicly after sending it to you once payment has been received. If not, I will not share your icon set with anyone but you.
If you yourself want to share your icons with other people / allow them to use the icons, that's completely fine as long as I'm credited as the icon maker, and the icons are not further reposted or edited. Please note I will not offer adjustments, revisions or links to the original ZIP File to anyone but the person who commissioned the icons originally.

You sent me a total of 51 caps, not the 50 you specified wanting. If you want 51, please let me know and I'll icon/quote accordingly. Otherwise please let me know which cap you don't want included. Since you don't want gallery sorting and none of the caps are marked as spares for bad lighting, the choice would be yours to make.

Cap Number 2 features just hands, Cap Number 42 a cell phone. Is that what you want an icon of with each? Just checking in, in case either of those was included by accident.

Caps 30, 39 and 47 feature both characters together and should be no issue giving them a shared icon for each of those caps. Cap 32 probably won't fit with both of them in the shot - in that case, would you like me to make an icon of Evan or Chris for that shot?

Will make your first samples as soon as those questions are cleared up.

Yeah - that's why I picked them for samples, because they're the roughest of the bunch. I would say if you wanna be sure, we should replace either all of at least some of the following:

52, 53, 54, 59, 60, 66, 73, 76, 79, 85, 86, 87, 94, 95, 96

Those 15 are by far the roughest in terms of quality. Some might work out, but most of them will definitely turn out more like bottom row left and middle due to the quality of the cap :<

No worries at all! That's what we're here for :) I've worked on the desired caps to give you an idea about quality on them.

So 52 actually turned out a lot better than the full size image made me fear (first sample). 87 is fine in terms of sharpness, the problem is more that the original cap is overexposed in ways I can't fix - so you get a nice looking but still quite over exposed icon out of that as a result. but it does look nice on all *other* fronts. 59 suffers from the original cap being both small and blurry - the icon I made here isn't resized, that's a 100x100 crop from the original cap. I couldn't go smaller if I tried. 76 similarly doesn't have great quality to the base cap, so there isn't much I can do to make it crisp. 60 and 95 are extremely grainy as you can tell, and there really isn't much I can do to fix it. I tried to play a little with sharpening vs noise reduction, and what you see is just about the best I can personally get there.



Let me know which caps you'd like to swap out. If we end up with less than 100, I'll of course adjust the quote accordingly, or I can give you closer/wider crops of specific caps to bump to 100.

Hi Bri!

I've gone and finished your commission. Thanks to the spares I was able to remove three more really, really badly rough looking icons where the cap quality just wasn't salvageable, to give you 100 icons at good, crisp quality. They're not all perfectly uniform in terms of how her skin looks just because the lighting and sometimes also base colour of her make up varies deeply, but I did my base to try for consistency.

I can already tell this commission is going to be a joy to work on. Honestly, NWH has surprisingly good lighting in the scenes you want to have focused, and Tom Holland just makes the BEST faces honestly.

The final swing scene required me to hunt for some additional caps as capseroo typically does not include action scenes, but I found some and picked the ones with the cleanest body shots to work with, so you get a sample from that scene too.
