Claiming a SlotUse the following form to claim one of the slots while commissions are open / slots are available. If the queue is closed, please wait until it re-opens. When I start work on your set, I'll respond to your comment with a first icon sample, price quote and estimation of fulfilment time. Please confirm you want to go forward with the commission. Without confirmation within 48h, I will assume you're no longer interested.
You will receive a second/final set of 5 - 15 samples once the commission is finished, as well as payment details via PM.
Within 24 hours of receiving payment, I'll send your finished commission via PM.

inkonic. Details on Caps & Extra ServicesNo Extra Services: Please send the exact number of caps as a ZIP File, e.g. 150 caps for 150 icons. Please make sure your caps are PNG or JPG. If your commission includes more than one character, please separate the caps into different folders inside the ZIP File. You may provide spares in case of quality/lighting concerns. If you do, please put them in a separate folder. I won't use them unless necessary.
Extra Services: Please see below for pricing details for these services. For these services, your commission may only be for one character, not several. If you want me to sort caps for you, please specify in the form and provide a link to a cap source, e.g. cap gallery or ZIP download. If you want me to find or make caps and sort them, please specify in the form, and tell me the exact movie(s), season(s), game(s) etc you want me to download, cap and sort.
Prices (Base + Additional Services)Base Price: 1 DW Point or 0.1 USD per icon.
Additional Services increase the price of the commission as follows:
Capping (incl Sorting): 150 DW Points / 15 USD per installment (i.e. movie / season / game / etc), or Sorting Price if I can find am existing HD cap gallery / download.
Sorting: 100 DW Points / 10 USD for one installment (i.e. movie / season / game / etc). Plus 50 Points / 5 USD per additional installment. Links to galleries / cap downloads have to be provided.
Payment (How & When)Payment can be made via via DW Points (preferred) or Paypal (Friends/Family). Please note: As of May 2025, I only accept Paypal if your commission total is 10 USD or more, due to the international transaction fees/currency exchange fees I incur. Tips are always appreciated, but do not increase the amount of icons commissioned.
Payment details are provided via PM.
Payment is due within 48 hours after receiving your final set of samples.
The full icon set(s) will be provided after payment has been made.
RevisionsIf you're unhappy with the quality or crop of any of the samples or finished icons, I'll revise those specific sample/finished icons a maximum of two times.
Please be aware that the quality of the icon is dependent on the quality of caps provided. If I feel like I can't get a usable icon out of a provided cap, I will contact you to discuss options.
Sharing Your IconsSometimes people give me permission to share their finished icon commission as a public icon set on my comm. This is entirely optional. You can let me know in the form above if you'd like for me to do that. If yes, I will post the icon set publicly after sending it to you once payment has been received. If not, I will not share your icon set with anyone but you.
If you yourself want to share your icons with other people / allow them to use the icons, that's completely fine as long as I'm credited as the icon maker, and the icons are not further reposted or edited. Please note I will not offer adjustments, revisions or links to the original ZIP File to anyone but the person who commissioned the icons originally.

I did have some questions, actually! I've started on the icon slot directly ahead of you, so I was looking into doing some prep for your commission. There seems to be four seasons of the show, and the gallery link you sent me covers two seasons - did you only want icons from one season, or both? I've also found a different cap source that seasons 1 - 3, so I could easily pull from that. Sorting through a pre-existing gallery is gonna run you 100 Points for the first season, and then 50 for every additional season. If you want me to cap season 4, that would be 15 bucks. The link to the character specific S1 gallery you sent me is sadly no longer working.
Basically, tl;dr: Which season(s) do you want me to pull the 50 icons from and/or cap?

That comes to a total of 400 DW Points for 50 icons plus extra services - are you good with that, or would you like to change anything between icon count or extra services? I'm still happy to throw you in the 25 free ones as an apology for the wait, too.

i was actually debating on adding that, now that i've opened the strain floodgates on you, if you end up with over 50 icons i'd be glad to pay for more - but don't want you to feel pressured, you may get into the chartreuse lighting scenes and regret existence and i would not blame you. if you'd like to try for the extras i'll be grateful, and if it doesn't work out that's absolutely fine too!

Thank you so much for the patience. Good news! I've FINALLY finished capping and sorting, and I have some awesome news for you, along with your first set of samples so you can judge the quality.
SO! First things first. I know you asked for 50 icons. Buuuut you also said if I manage more, more might be good. I currently have *exactly* 150 caps in my commission folder for you. I can adjust that down, if you'd like. OR I could just make you 150 icons. The offer of 25 free ones for the long wait is also still on the table!
This comparison shows the original cap on the left, and the edit on the right, so you can judge where the quality of the edit is going to end up.
Please let me know if you want any revisions based on the samples, or if you'd like me to proceed with the commission. If you're happy with them, I'll finish your commission by Thursday, December 14, at the very latest. The total amount for this commission will be 400 DW Points for 50 icons plus the aforementioned extra capping/sorting services, due after I share the final set of samples.
If you want to up the icon count from 50 to 150, the total would come to 500 DW Points, and I'm still offering to drop it down to 475 Points with the aforementioned discount. Let me know how you'd like to proceed in terms of icon count <3
